In consideration of the benefits accruing to me from El Quijote Spanish Language Abroad Programs, and other good and valuable consideration, do hereby release and discharge El Quijote and any and all of their agents, employees or representatives from all actions, suits, claims or liability for damages or other legal or equitable relief of any nature resulting from, arising out of or related to my participation in the El Quijote program (including, without limitation, claims for personal injury or property damage).

EL QUIJOTE COMPANY POLICIES
(1) El Quijote (the "program") reserves the right to refuse admittance to any of its programs.
(2) A $75 non-refundable registration/processing fee will be assessed to all program applicants to be paid together with the program deposit.
(3) A full deposit refund will be given to anyone not accepted into the program.
(4) There will be no refunds for any student dismissed from the program for reasons of misconduct.
(5) A full deposit refund, minus $250 will be given to anyone who decides to withdraw from the program prior to the first official program date.
(6) Absolutely no refunds will be given after the first official program date, with the exception of a serious illness or death of a family member within the first THIRTY days of the program, where written documentation must be given. El Quijote, in this case, reserves the right to refund up to 90% of the program cost.
(7) The program reserves the right to increase the price of the program if there are any sudden and significant inflationary increases or changes in the exchange rate.
ACADEMIC CREDITS
